What to expect
Coaching is a partnership that works best with consistency and commitment.
I work with clients who are ready to meet regularly (at least every three weeks), starting with a minimum of 3 sessions.
The intro call
- Talk about what you'd like to change
- Explore whether coaching would be useful for you or your team
- Sense whether we'd be a good fit to work together
After our call, if it feels right for both of us, I'll propose a coaching package tailored to what you're working on—typically 3-12 sessions over 2-8 months.
Team engagements are structured differently — we can discuss the right format on the intro call.
My approach
I integrate Gestalt and Solution-Focused coaching. We work with what's actually happening right now, while building clarity on what you want to be different. Sessions are forward-focused, with space for exploration and reflection when needed.
Rates
Rates depend on how often we meet, how long the programme runs, and whether it's one-to-one or group coaching. I work with both self-funded individuals and organisations funding coaching for their teams.
