  • Identity and contact data: Your name and email if you reach out via the website, book a coaching call, or other platforms. If you are a coaching client this may include delivery address and telephone numbers. Data is stored in our archive, primarily on secure drives after passing through Gmail.
  • Technical data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Transaction data: includes details about payments to and from you and other details of coaching services you have purchased from us.
  • Website usage data: We use Google Analytics, which collects anonymous data about your website visits, primarily how you use the website, for example the pages you have viewed.
  • Coaching session data: Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential and used solely to provide you with coaching services. General themes and anonymised examples may be discussed in coach supervision sessions for professional development purposes, but your identity and specific details remain confidential. Very brief notes may be taken during sessions and stored securely on encrypted devices. These notes are retained for one year after our coaching relationship ends and are then permanently deleted. You have the right to request access to your notes or ask for them to be deleted at any time.
  • Other data: Any data you choose to share via email, our contact form, or booking system.

We don't share your personal data with third parties unless essential for running the website (e.g., Google Analytics, booking platform) or providing coaching services (e.g., secure payment processing, booking coaching sessions). Google Analytics anonymises your data before use.

Professional development and certification: For supervision or training purposes, we may occasionally share anonymised themes from coaching sessions with supervisors, but your identity remains confidential in these discussions.

Feedback and testimonials: If you choose to provide feedback in a written format about your coaching experience and give explicit consent, we may use your testimonials or feedback on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. This will only be done with your clear permission.

Coaching records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with professional coaching standards and legal requirements.

Any anonymous or aggregated information that doesn't identify you personally may be kept indefinitely. For example, website behaviour data collected through Google Analytics.
