- Technical data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
- Transaction data: includes details about payments to and from you and other details of coaching services you have purchased from us.
- Website usage data: We use Google Analytics, which collects anonymous data about your website visits, primarily how you use the website, for example the pages you have viewed.
- Coaching session data: Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential and used solely to provide you with coaching services. General themes and anonymised examples may be discussed in coach supervision sessions for professional development purposes, but your identity and specific details remain confidential. Very brief notes may be taken during sessions and stored securely on encrypted devices. These notes are retained for one year after our coaching relationship ends and are then permanently deleted. You have the right to request access to your notes or ask for them to be deleted at any time.
